On behalf of the Board of Directors and employees of Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd. (SRSL), I welcome you. We at SRSL have served the Textile Raw Material chain for several years. This has been possible due to our fair and ethical business practices and contribution of all members of staff and workers of the company. Using best available manufacturing practices and technology from our machinery partners, we have always aimed at delivering “Efficient Solutions“ to our customers.

Chairman Emeritus' Profile

ChairmanMr. Vinod K Ladia belongs to the “Shekhawati" TITS, Bhiwaniregion in the State of Rajasthan. He was born on 16th December 1945 at Amritsar in Punjab and completed his school education. In order to Pursue his interest in Textiles, he graduated from the well known "Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences“ in the year 1965 armed with the Degree of B.Tech. (Textile Technology) in times, where professional courses of Management were rare, IIM, Ahmedabadhe was selected as part of the second batch of students in the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) at Ahmedabad.He completed his post Graduation MBA in Finance & Management in the year 1967.

He appeared in the Campus Interviews and chose to join JK Synthetics Ltd. as a management trainee. He served the company for 13 years and rose to be an important member of the core management team heading several expansion projects. In the year 1980, during a train journey he learnt of the “Risk Capital Foundation" introduced by the Government of Rajasthan.

In 1981, Shree Rajasthan Syntex Ltd. (SRSL) was registered as a public company and started operations at its maiden plant at DUNGARPUR with a modest capacity of 13,000 spindles.

Mr. Ladia has remained as the Chairman of “Rajasthan Textile Mills Association” for 11 years for the period 1992 to 2003 registering the highest capacity growth in the sector for the state. He was elected Chairman of “Confederation of Textiles in India“ (CITI) in the year 2005. He now heads “Indian Spinners Association“ and is the Vice Chairman of “Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council“ (SRTEPC). He is associated with the Lions Club Organization for last 35 years and has served the needy people through various projects.
